Fintech — payments and digital banking

Pegasus Alfa. Accounts, cards and settlement rails for clients who expect a private bank.

Pegasus Alfa is a brand of Ematia Limited. It is building a digital banking proposition around multi-currency accounts, domestic and cross-border payment rails, and a four-tier card programme. The brand does not yet hold FCA authorisation and does not currently offer regulated services.

  • Faster Payments
    Domestic GBP, near-instant
  • CHAPS
    Same-day GBP, high value
  • SEPA / SEPA Instant
    Euro area credit transfers
  • SWIFT
    Correspondent cross-border
Safeguarded client funds are held apart from group operating cash. Fees are recognised separately from the funds they are drawn against — a distinction built into the ledger, not applied after the fact.

Global trade and blockchain — verification and settlement

Serafim Global. Proof that a trade happened, then settlement against it.

Serafim Global is held through Ematia Limited. It verifies business-to-business trade events — payment, production, shipment — and records each one as an attestation that cannot be transferred or sold. Utility on the network is earned against those records, never bought.

Layer one — the record
SPR · Serafim Proof Record
A non-fungible, non-transferable on-chain attestation that a verified trade event took place. It has no market and cannot be traded.
SPR-PAYSPR-PRODSPR-SHIP
Layer two — the utility
SERA · Serafim Token
A fixed-cap utility token used inside the network. Transfer is permissioned. There is no pre-sale, no fiat backing and no redemption right.

How the group is held

Three rules the parent does not bend.

Rule one

Separate brands, separate books

Pegasus Alfa and Serafim Global share an owner and nothing else. Different clients, different regulators, different ledgers. Neither trades on the other's name, and neither is presented as part of the other.

Rule two

Authorisation before launch

No regulated activity begins before permission is in place. Pegasus Alfa's FCA application is pending; until it is granted, the brand builds and tests but does not take client funds.

Rule three

Gates, not calendars

Each phase of a brand's rollout opens only when the conditions for it are verified. A launch date is an outcome of passing the gate, never a reason to skip it.
