Ematia Limited is a private company registered in England and Wales. It owns, capitalises and governs two operating brands. Each runs its own mandate, its own books and its own regulatory path.
Pegasus Alfa is a brand of Ematia Limited. It is building a digital banking proposition around multi-currency accounts, domestic and cross-border payment rails, and a four-tier card programme. The brand does not yet hold FCA authorisation and does not currently offer regulated services.
Card programme — four tiers
Serafim Global is held through Ematia Limited. It verifies business-to-business trade events — payment, production, shipment — and records each one as an attestation that cannot be transferred or sold. Utility on the network is earned against those records, never bought.
Framework at a glance
Pegasus Alfa and Serafim Global share an owner and nothing else. Different clients, different regulators, different ledgers. Neither trades on the other's name, and neither is presented as part of the other.
No regulated activity begins before permission is in place. Pegasus Alfa's FCA application is pending; until it is granted, the brand builds and tests but does not take client funds.
Each phase of a brand's rollout opens only when the conditions for it are verified. A launch date is an outcome of passing the gate, never a reason to skip it.
